Taldeco is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise in quality control and testing will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Quality Control Inspections: Perform detailed inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance Documentation: Create, review, and maintain quality assurance documentation, including inspection reports, test records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action logs. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible for future reference.

Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and potential quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations and enhance overall process efficiency.

Calibration and Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and tools to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quality data, including test results, defect rates, and customer feedback, to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement. Prepare regular reports summarizing quality performance and recommend actionable measures for enhancing product quality.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Technician or a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. Proven track record of implementing quality control processes and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in using quality testing equipment and tools.
Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
