QUALITY TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifying results of production are matching with requirements of customer and company through inspections and testing- Ensure that oneself is following safety protocols as well as ensuring fellow employees are doing the same
- Provide quality related training to production personnel
- Facilitate communication between Production Floor and Management Team
- Organization and record keeping of quality documentation with the ability to follow good documentation practices
- Communicate appropriately with other employees physically and through computer applications
- Follow instructions from management and supervisors
- Filling out complaint & NCMR records
- Identifying and approving suppliers
- Verifying and signing off on receiving documentation
- Perform routinely internal & external audits company processes
- Fill out and manage company return of merchandize authorization forms (RMA's)
PAY AND BENEFITS:
$19-$22 an hour (Depending on Experience)- Health Insurance (Employee covered at 100%)

QUALITY TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High School proficiency with reading and mathematics
- Bachelors in quality or related field (preferred)
- Quality duties related to manufacturing
- 1-3 years prior experience in quality for manufacturing or similar (preferred but not required)
- Competence with computer applications including Microsoft Office applications and Google drive
- Quality Auditor
- Familiar with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
