We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Control Manager to become part of our Catoosa, OK team!

Responsibilities:

• Manages the Quality Control function in accordance with Quality Assurance system requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Maintains all required certification such as ISO; ASME; National Board; CWB and City of LA.
• Manages and coordinate all internal and ISO audits.
• Organize and maintain Quality Control activities in a way that optimizes resources while achieving departmental results; set and plan objectives for self and Quality Control personnel to achieve common company goals.
• Coordinates and interfaces with the outside Code Inspector, Customers, and Independent Third Parties on inspection activities, as appropriate.
• Manages, plans, coordinates, and heads the quality control program designed to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards.
• Identifies problems and resolves issues by rapid implementation of controlled workable solutions, understanding the implications of actions and decisions on the company’s goals and strategies.
• Represent the perspective of the customer to improve work activities and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and ensure adherence to job specific quality plans.
• Coordinates Prefab Meetings in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Participates in quality management and continuous improvement teams.
• Participate in Vendor Surveys for qualification, on-going surveillance, and corrective action efforts.
• Maintains the Quality Control Manual in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
