We are actively seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil construction experience to join our client in Kansas City, MO. Our client is one of the best, most respected heavy civil construction firms in KC. We are looking for people who love earthwork, paving, structures, underground utilities, and everything else there is about heavy highway and civil construction!

Responsibilities:

· Train the team of Technicians on proper testing and reporting practices

· Material Testing

· Understand contracts, reports, plans, and specs

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in materials testing for Heavy Highway, Heavy Civil & Bridge work construction

· Experience working on public and private works projects

· B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

· PE License very highly desired
