TITLE: Quality Inspector

LOCATION: Onsite in Auburn, WA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract-to-hire

PAY RANGE: $19-$30/hr DOE

HOURS: 3pm-11:30pm M-F

*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Quality Inspector for a thriving aerospace company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical parts inspection looking to further their career.

• Inspect fastener installation, sealant, raw material, simple machined parts, sheet metal parts, bushings, bearings, and standards, simple assemblies, and outside processing (NDT, finishes, finished coatings, thermal processing, etc)

• Document FAI reports

• Document non-conformances

• May occasionally perform special projects and other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to be certified with Hardness and Eddy Current, Sealant, Bushing and bearing installation, electrical bonding, and fastener installation

• Ability to read and correctly interpret blueprints and engineering requirements

• Ability to use a variety of manual inspection tools
