IMPACT of the Piedmont supports a neurodiverse population such as individuals living with intellectual and/or development disabilities. This Qualified Professional (QP) case load includes managing eight independent living apartments and community based services. Canadates must hold a Bachelor's degree with human services experience. The ideal Canidate seeks to lead a team and serve as a leadership team member in making a difference in the life of others. A QP is organized, self-motivated, skilled in funding streams and service definitions. The position requires exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills. This positions includes on-call responsibilities. An ideal candidate is a positive person who loves working in this field by enhancing the lives of others and serves as strong member of the leadership team. Experience as a QP in the IDD field is preferred.
