- Manage and maintain all quality control documents and coordinate appropriate sign-off approvals.
- Proactively identifies potential quality control issues and works with purchasing on solutions.
- Coordinates all aspects of the quality control improvement from the start to finish.
- Ensure incoming receipts are inspected within the specified time frame.
- Works cross-departmentally to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Manage risk-related issues that arise and implement controls to avoid recurrence.
- Assess the cost/benefit of various functions and make recommendations for process improvements, as necessary.
- Continuous evaluation/audit of all departmental procedures and test practices.
- Establish standards for quality inspections including time efficiency.
- Inspects incoming returns, and processes accordingly in GP.
- Assures all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
- Will perform any duty given by a Supervisor or the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
- Salary range $19 ? 21/hr, depending on experience
