DDI Technology is seeking a QA Title Specialist to join the team. This role has remote WFH (Work From Home) capabilities, but must be local to the state of South Carolina.
DDI Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAA, Inc., provides a complete automotive titling and registration suite for financial institutions and dealers dedicated to excellence, DDI continues to focus on superior products, professional and consulting services in the areas of Electronic Liens and Titles.
The QA Title Specialist reports to the Title Manager or Title Supervisor and assists the QA team in electronically reviewing documents being submitted to the state DMV office. As the EVR provider, DDI must submit the documents electronically through Premier EVR. The QA Title Specialist must follow a given checklist and determine if the state guidelines are approved or rejected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain secure, remote, internet service.
- Assist the QA team in reviewing documentation presented by the dealership in Premier EVR.
- Approve or reject transactions electronically by following a given checklist.
- Identify and communicate reasons for rejection of documents.
- Approve transactions that meet the requirements for a particular state.
- Track the reasons for first time rejections for dealerships.
- Monitor the state updates for required documents and reasons for rejections.
- Collaborate with the QA team.
- Complete the review and approvals within the given service level agreements (SLA).
- Assist the Title Manager in any assignments related to this position.
- May be required to work overtime as the business needs arise.
Competencies:
- Highschool diploma or equivalency and one (1) year experience with computer software.
- Desired qualifications include experience in communicating and collaborating with team members remotely and electronically.
- The QA Title Specialist requires secure, high-quality applications and platforms for technologies like chat, video conferencing, file sharing, remote desktops, and other regular business needs.
