Job Title: DevSecOps Python Developer

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Malvern, PA


Capgemini is seeking a talented and experienced DevSecOps Python Developer to join our diverse and inclusive team. As a DevSecOps Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Cyber Recovery program, specifically focusing on the IAM (Identity and Access Management) portion of the ALZ (Alternative Landing Zone). In collaboration with AWS, you will contribute to the implementation of our portion of the work, ensuring a seamless transition back to our team once AWS completes their part.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to support the Cyber Recovery program, focusing on the IAM portion of the ALZ.
  • Work closely with AWS to implement necessary security measures and ensure IAM security, permissions, and SCPs are properly configured.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to the overall AWS framework by managing a large number of AWS accounts and supporting the new AWS architecture.
  • Build and optimize DevOps CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AWS Control Tower, AWS SSO, AWS Organizations, and other related tools.
  • Utilize CloudFormation, StackSets, and other AWS services to automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Collaborate with Identity Center, Okta, GitHub, and BitBucket for seamless integration and version control.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security standards to ensure continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Strong AWS knowledge and hands-on experience, with a focus on IAM and related security practices, permissions, and SCPs.
  • Proficiency in Python development to create robust and scalable solutions.
  • Experience with CloudFormation, StackSets, and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS Control Tower and its configuration management capabilities (preferred).
  • Understanding of Identity Center, Okta, GitHub, and BitBucket for seamless integration and version control (preferred).
  • Previous experience in managing a large number of AWS accounts to support an AWS framework.
  • Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including AWS SSO, AWS Organizations, and IAM roles and policies.
  • Familiarity with AWS Config Rules and Security Hub for continuous monitoring and compliance.
  • Knowledge of OAuth and SAMAL for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Experience working with EC2, Lambda, and other AWS services to deliver scalable solutions.
