POSITION OVERVIEW: PUZZLE PRINTING SPECIALIST

At RCB Awards, the Puzzle Printing Specialist will have an eye for detail, an organized and efficient system to work as a team fulfilling orders, will maintain quality packaging, and will ship custom printed puzzles correctly. The Specialist will work in a collaborative atmosphere, among a passionate team in a small, family-oriented, job shop environment. The Specialist will focus on maintaining job quality standards to meet customer expectations and deadlines. This role will report to the Production Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Load blank, precut puzzle boards onto Canon Arizona 2380 printer, including 500 & 1000 piece puzzle boards, with 18-30 puzzle boards per print cycle
• Place puzzles with images in a tote to break up the puzzles into pieces
• Print puzzle image stickers and place stickers onto puzzles boxes
• Load the puzzle pieces into the correct puzzle box with the corresponding puzzle image
• Prepare puzzle box, in individual shipping box, with a shipping label, scanning the work order or barcode, so the puzzle is appropriately shipped same day
• Maintain high level of detail regarding order fulfillment & packaging materials to ship to customers
• Conduct routine maintenance & cleaning, on equipment & tools, for optimal usage & production run time
• Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AS degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Art, Graphic Design, or related field, preferred
• 3-5+ years’ experience with shipping, packaging, associating product with work orders, order fulfillment, highly desired
• Strong attentiveness to detail, shipping/receiving, quality packaging, & on time delivery to meet customer demands
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, light manufacturing, graphic design, printing experience preferred
• Enjoys making beautiful, creative items for key customers to assist with business growth
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and teams
• Willingness to troubleshoot, solve issues, & bring in teammates to devise customer focused solutions
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-4:30PM, 30 min unpaid lunch, a morning paid 10 min break, and an afternoon paid 10 min break
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, move around work station, etc. for work shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
