We are looking for an Experienced Adjuster in negotiating claims including water damage, wind and hailstorm, and fire claims. We will train the right candidate but require experience with homeowner property claims.

• Maintain contact with roofers and contractors throughout the claim providing updates and building rapport.
• Review each claim you are assigned to and prepare for negotiation.
• Have verbal communication with insurance adjusters to discuss and negotiate a settlement for any files you are assigned to.

• Must enter check amounts and maintain accurate claim details on all files.

• Negotiate a minimum amount of files per your KPIs.
• Review all releases to assure the correct offer was sent by the carrier.
• Work closely and professionally with team members to ensure claims are moving at a steady pace.
• Receive settlement offers and relay them to the Client Advisors.
• Write and assign detailed tasks on the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain Public Insurance Adjuster License

• The company will allow and assist with an in person PA licensing course

• Must continuously learn construction related to the claims we handle

Qualifications

• Strong Customer service skills

• Able to Take Training and Direction

• Communicates effectively and appropriately

• Understand and speak insurance industry jargon

This is a fully remote and salaried position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
