Some of our customers span three generations of talented craftsmen and women. Our hearts soar when we have the opportunity to convert a big box customer to a local shopper. We are looking to fill an immediate need for a part-time office associate. The importance of this behind-the-scenes position is critical to the functionality and growth of our company.

The core of your responsibilities (these touch on a few - others are included as needed)
- Provide administrative support to the Company President
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data entry
- Create and maintain business written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets, generate excel reports
- Maintain accurate, efficient and complete filing and record keeping
- Employee Appreciation Program
- Assist with coordinating and executing event planning
- Contribute to keeping the company a safe, clean, and organized retail environment

This is not a remote option position. We can provide flexibility of hours within the work week
The ability to pass background and drug testing are required prior to offer of employment.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, as well as a reliable form of transportation.
