• Opportunity at Care Plus in Groton, CT and Joshua Center in Old Saybrook, CT
• Provide direct patient services including diagnostic admission evaluations, psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy
• Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance-dependent patients.

Qualifications

• Experience Requirements:

• Experience in evaluation services, experience with a multidisciplinary team treatment model.

  Licensure/Certifications Required:

  State of CT, Department of Public Health medical license; DEA; CCSR

  Buprenorphine waiver
