Job description

Property managers are responsible for the overall financial and operational management of multi family properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management. This position report to the Regional Manager.

1. Determine the rent price

2. Prepare vacant units

3. Advertising vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed

4. Prepare and enforce a lease agreement

5. Handle tenant complaints and issues

6. Collect and adjust the rent

7. Carry out property maintenance and repairs, Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required

8. Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate

9. Supervise on-site employees

10. Take care of the rental property

11. Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations

12. Handle evictions and process move-outs

13. Ensures that the property is legally compliant

14. Keeps records and creates regular reports

15. Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners

16. Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,386.71 - $41,000.00 per year
