We are a developer, builder, and operator of built-for-rent single-family and multi-family rental communities. Empire Rental Living’s Dellrose community will include 182 luxury apartments in Hockley, TX.

Do you have a passion for residential Property Management and a desire to work with our start-up team to establish Empire Rental Living within some of the finest new communities in Texas?

Do you have at minimum 3 years residential property management and 1-year of experience in a management position?

Do you love technology and have experience with Yardi or a similar property management software platform?

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Oversee the lease-up of a newly constructed rental community in Hockley, TX
• Train and mentor team members within the Empire Rental Living portfolio
• Implement programs, initiatives, and strategies to ensure the financial success of your assigned communities
• Manage leasing, resident support services, asset preservation, and repairs & maintenance scheduling
• Effect the culture and policies for current and future communities in Texas

Job Type: Full-time
