Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Project Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate information/update/progress to customers & internal departments.
- Managing project progress & adapt work as necessary/required.
- Leading project planning sessions across multiple customers & projects.
- Designing/assessing any risk mitigation/lead resolution of new issue.
- Work with departments and customers to define & plan timing expectations.
- Once timing expectations are set, maintain project schedule across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate and ensure any issues are resolved in an expeditious manner.
- Ensuring projects meet or exceed deadlines.
- Coordinate & maintain communications w/ customer and plant operations, sales, quality, purchasing, etc.
- Assist sales with any plant operation questions/requests.
- Coordinate and ensure any issues (internal or external) are resolved in expeditious manner.
Project Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering or equal level of experience
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to analyze data/information, evaluate results to determine best possible solution(s).
- Must have problem solving skills/ability.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail(s).
- Must have proficient/superior computer skills.
- Must have strong communication skills – both verbal and written manner.
- Able to demonstrate ability to communicate, present, & influence key stakeholders at both customer and internal levels.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
