We are looking for a Safety Manager to join our team and ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in our workplace. We are the only acreditted metal building assembler in Colorado, IAS AC478, and the safety manager will be responsible for implementing those policies and procedures on each project and company wide. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety inspections, training staff on safety procedures, and investigating accidents. The ideal candidate will have a background in safety management and a commitment to creating a safe work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement safety policies and procedures via IAS AC478.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide safety training for staff.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents.
  • Develop emergency response plans.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,931.00 - $79,910.00 per year
