Saline Lectronics is a contract manufacturing company that specializes in high-reliability electronics manufacturing. The Account Manager has access to learning about and engaging in some of the most state-of-the-art technology of today’s time. Knowing the industry is not a requirement of the job, but we need your enthusiasm and willingness to learn about our fast-growing industry.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and extremely well-organized person to join our fast pace, high-energy Account Management Team.

The Account Manager is responsible for executing projects, including facilitating all deliverables between our customer and internal cross-departmental teams to keep everything on track. The candidate must work well individually, as well as within a team environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has strong comprehension skills.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Comfortable diving into various roles and managing cross-departmental teams to ensure they stay on track to meet project timelines.

  • Ability to remain calm, pleasant, and poised in high-pressure situations.
  • Meet with the customers to ensure projects and business objectives are being met (including costing, deliveries, quality, and growth opportunities).
  • Manage customer expectations and change requests.
  • Be able to review documents and appropriately navigate those through our internal systems.
  • Provide detailed reports for all open orders and monitor customer supply.
  • Seek out new or recurring opportunities to grow the relationship and business.
  • Process quote requests.
  • Read, understand and maintain sales contracts/purchase orders.
  • Resolve customer requests or issues in a timely manner.

Requirements –

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of Customer Service, Account Management or Project Management experience

Preferred –

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
