Job description

We are searching for an entry-level Project Manager with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for user-centered design. The Project Manager will collaborate with clients and developers to carry out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with a liberal arts degree who is looking to start a career in technology.

Responsibilities:

• Support Clients who use Vtiger CRM through requirements gathering, project management, and collaboration with the Boru development team to execute projects

• Communicate with clients and the Boru development team during projects

• Conduct discovery meetings with clients and document the client requirements

• Write specs for the Boru development team based on client requirements

• Make software design recommendations

• Manage development projects to completion

• Answer basic customer questions about using Vtiger CRM systems and handle client support requests

• Understand and execute integration projects between Vtiger CRM and other databases/applications

• Understand and help architect databases

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with diverse groups of technical and non-technical client stakeholders

• Passion for beautiful, user-centered design

• Some understanding of UI/UX principles

• Ability to learn technical skills quickly

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and databases is a big plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
