Job Duties/ Responsibilities

We are searching for professional and effective project coordinator with GREAT customer service and computer skills. Must have strong time management, willingness to learn, and a desire to have FUN at work. You would be a great fit for our team if you can combine superior listening and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent service. We provide in-depth training and a pathway to success!

Responsibilities include:

• Self‐proofing work to ensure accuracy before allowing any project to continue through the pipeline
• Be comfortable completing research online and via phone for solar projects
• Coordinate with Headquarters & Branch departments on a daily basis
• Work closely with teammates to resolve issues on projects and keep the pipeline flowing for all branch offices
• Follow standard operating procedures and protocol to ensure the accuracy of your layouts
• Maintain department standards and work with management to improve process and build requirements
• Complete all assigned training courses
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be very organized and have great communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong computer skills
• Construction / Solar installation experience a plus
• Experience in Solar as a Designer a plus
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional creative problem‐solving and analytical skills
• Experience with electrical or mechanical design a plus
• An understanding of the National Electric Code a plus
• An understanding of the Building Code a plus
• Passion to work for a fast‐growing, fast paced, world‐changing, mission‐driven company
• Ability to stay organized and maintain project records
• Must be a team player
• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Must be able to work in sitting position, use computer and answer telephone
• A strong sense of responsibility for providing a great customer experience
• Ability to work on projects that require deadlines

Location:

Greater Los Angeles. Our newly opened office is FWY close in Valencia, CA. Work to be conducted in our Valencia office. Operating hours are 6 am-5 pm Monday through Thursday and 6 am-2 pm Friday-Saturday. You will be scheduled to work up to 40 hours per week during that time.

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
