- 18 month training and apprenticeship program
- Assist Account Executives with current job searches
- Assist recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level
- Conduct employment related research and assist recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates
- Responsible for professional presence on websites such as LinkedIn
