Position: LANDSCAPE PROJECT ASSISTANT
This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate about landscape as a craft and is eager to learn more about building outdoor living spaces. We are looking for a team player with a hard work ethic and positive attitude. The right candidate will have 2+ years experience working in landscape construction. Any trade experiences is a plus.
Job Overview:
You will assist the Project Lead and your co-workers in all steps of the installation process, ensuring a quality driven product from beginning to end. You will assist in project development, as well as complete tasks on your own. You will be involved in, but not limited to, the following: site prep, excavation, grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, paver patios, flagstone patios, landscape lighting, retaining walls, driveways, boulder accents/walls, equipment operation, hand shoveling, trenching, water features, and more.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working landscape construction
- U.S. work authorization
- Driver's license
- Able to think ahead in order to best assist the Project Lead and other team members
- Must be self-sufficient, motivated, and reliable
- Must be an active listener and able to follow instructions
- Knowledgeable of tools and proper landscaping techniques
- Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Able to lift 80+ pounds all day
- Efficient in hardscape, softscape, and irrigation installations
- Must keep shop, jobsite, and vehicles clean and organized
- Maintain proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Able to effectively communicate with crew members, homeowners, and supervisors
Job Details:
- $21 - $25+ per hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time, 40+ hours guaranteed
- 10 hour shifts
- 7am start
- We take the first Friday of every month off of work
- No weekend work (We believe in a work-life balance)
