We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in the field and be proficient in Revit, BIM, Sketchup, and LEED. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop project goals and requirements
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for project planning and design
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Create and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
  • Conduct quality control checks on construction materials and workmanship
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve design processes and strategies to enhance project outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project architecture or related field
  • Proficient in Revit, BIM, Sketchup, and LEED
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with sustainable design and construction practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
