We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in the field and be proficient in Revit, BIM, Sketchup, and LEED. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop project goals and requirements
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for project planning and design
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Create and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Conduct quality control checks on construction materials and workmanship
- Attend project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Continuously improve design processes and strategies to enhance project outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project architecture or related field
- Proficient in Revit, BIM, Sketchup, and LEED
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable design and construction practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
