Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Project Access Outpatient Coordinator to work in our Hillsboro, MO office.

- Supervise the Outpatient programming for the MO project, referred to as “Project Access” including staff, services and programming.
- Coordinate development, planning, implementation and evaluation of services according to all governing policies and procedures to improve services, especially focusing on grant deliverables.
- Set an example for and reinforce evidence-based practices, including but not limited to, the recovery philosophy utilizing the elements of hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, spirituality/connectedness, trauma-informed care, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).
- Act as a role model and provide leadership and direction to ensure positive interactions within Chestnut and the community, especially related to family, court, hospital and other MO based colleagues.
- Hire, train, ensure competency and evaluate staff, interns and volunteers, including supervision to Chestnut staff seeking Missouri professional licensure, when assigned; utilizing the Relias learning platform when applicable.
- Coordinate referrals and maintain referral sources, especially working closely with Substance Use (SU) residential, hospital, court, and probation personnel to establish and maintain seamless processes.
- Provide direct services to clients and their families at an assigned service level expectation.
- Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut’s behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and consumer information.
- Provide other duties as assigned, required or specifically negotiated with supervisor.
- Must have a Master’s degree in a human services field and have a MO license of LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
- One (1) year supervisory experience required; three (3) years clinical experience required.
- CADC in MO preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable.
- Requires basic computer skills and experience using MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Satisfactory completion of Chestnut’s background checking process.
