Senior Program Manager for Zero Suicide and Trauma Services

About the Position: This position serves as senior program manager for The Department’s Zero Suicide Initiative, and Trauma Services, working closely with the Senior Director of Adult Outpatient Services. This position will Provide strategic planning, and program management, including supervision of staff. Will also lead provider support for the implementation of the Zero Suicide Initiative as well as coordinating the annual ODMHSAS Zero Suicide Summit. In addition, will assist the Director with both external and internal Zero Suicide Workgroups focusing on Zero Suicide protocols, suicide care pathways and trauma informed best practices. This position also researches, plans, and coordinates trainings to provider network. Will also plan and lead continuous quality improvement projects as assigned by Director of Treatment, working closely with the Senior Data Analyst assigned to the initiative.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field; five years of work experience in the behavioral health field. Experience managing staff and managing projects and/or programs is preferred. Knowledge of Zero Suicide protocols and best practices, and knowledge of trauma informed care best practices required. Experience with applying Zero Suicide protocols, implementing Zero Suicide best practices and trauma informed care preferred.
Preference may be given to applicants who hold a current Oklahoma state license as an LBHP, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LCSW
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
