We are seeking a skilled and experienced CMM Programmer to join our team! As a CMM Programmer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop CMM programs using CAD models, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate CMM equipment for accurate measurements and inspections.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMM Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CMM programming languages (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Experience with blue light scanning is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
