Work shift (days/times) – Dayshift, 1st Shift

Remote in Los Angeles area. Territory is SoCal but covering LA County, they will be onsite at customer meeting in hospitals around the Greater Los Angeles area, responsible for implementing monitor installations. Most likely will go to hospital sites once or twice a week, 25 % of the time, rest is from their home remote office. Submit only candidates living in the Los Angeles County area.

Job Description Summary

Client has a wonderful opportunity to join our Life Care Solutions Project Management team in the Pacific Northwest! You'll work from your home office to own the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Life Care Solutions which include Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative and Maternal Infant Care products. You will be an influencer and the hub of activity for sales order review, project planning and documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution. This position is based in Los Angeles California with regular customer on site engagement throughout southern California. Travel is expected to account for about 25% of your time. Canidate must live in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Life Care Solutions Project Manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the installation process and is the primary liaison between GE Healthcare and the customer

• Execute the implementation of managed projects including identification of GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract, coordination of GE and contract resources in the execution of GE responsibilities

• Regular tracking and communication of implementation progress, tracking of equipment delivery, installation, and testing, tracking and assignment of project deliverables with owners and

timing for completion

• Maintain accurate project milestone date accuracy creating visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting

• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience; or equivalent

• Must have three or more years of experience leading cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities to meet

• Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on schedule or ahead of schedule (e.g., construction, healthcare IT, equipment installations experience)

• Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $41.95 per hour
