A day in the life:
The ideal candidate will have a history of demonstrated results leading large, cross-functional teams to accomplish complex projects across matrixed organizations. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, create and simplify processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, curiosity, creative problem solving, and team leadership are all essential for success in this role.
- Lead program/project delivery in partnership with technology and product management teams.
- Work with enterprise to enrol, deliver and execute wider global initiatives
- Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnership with stakeholders.
- Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates.
- Support the definition of the technical road map to deliver critical business capabilities.
- Responsible for managing holistic program plans, risks, budgets and key milestones.
- Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.
- Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
- Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live.
- Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.
- 10+years in IT; 3+ years of program management experience.
- 7+ years of project management. Previous experience in System / business analysis may be taken in to consideration.
- Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (essential).
- Experience working with both agile. SAFe and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing $4M plus budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven experience making trade-offs between business needs and technology constraints.
- Proven track record of delivery excellence
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint and MS office.
- Experience in running a shared service team (nice to have)

For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $132,200-$173,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
