This position is for a Program Manager Role in the Contract Manufacturing Division of Geospace Technologies.

This Division builds products for a variety of OEMs, utilizing our expertise in the following areas:

• Printed Circuit Board Assembly
• Injection Molded Plastics
• High Precision Machined Products
• Wire/Cable and Harness Products
• System/Box Build Assembly

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR products being manufactured.

Must have experience as a customer advocate and understand how to balance solutions between both the customer and organization.

Job Duties-

• Assist in managing and directing all phases of Customer Interaction from inception to completion.

• Identify and resolve potential manufacturing issues with Customers Material availability, Design Reviews, Cost reduction strategies.
• Responsible for timely completion of quoting efforts for material, labor, and additional charges with the associated lead times
• Review, interpret, and transfer customer information into manufacturing documentation
• Create and control customer BOMs, AVLs, and assembly packages in ERP system
• Establish and monitor manufacturing plans and schedules
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns and questions
• Work with manufacturing and quality departments in all continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications-

Experience with manufacturing documentation to include:

• Bills of Material
• Approved Vendor Lists
• Assembly Drawings
• Schematics

Experience with the Following Certifications is a plus:

• ISO9001
• ISO13485
• AS9100
• IATF16949
• ATEX
• ITAR

Knowledge of manufacturing process to include: (Would be nice to have)

• Quoting and Assembly (In one or more of the following)
• PCBA Manufacturing
• Machining
• Injection Molding
• Complex Harness Assembly
• Wire/Cable Manufacturing
• Microelectronics (Die Attach, Wire Bonding, etc.)
• Box/System Build
