Champions is looking for dynamic and passionate Program Leader's who want to make a difference and impact the lives of the children for the 2022-2023 school year! We are looking for candidates for our Before and After School Program in the Oregon Trail School District!

Job Description

-Monday-Friday: AM 6:30am-9am, PM 1:30-6pm, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS!

-Work with school-aged children, students grades K-5 in a school setting.

-Create a welcoming space for students to have a smooth transition from school to after school.

-Support and implement KinderCare Education Champions curriculum.

-Facilitate play-based learning and build positive and supportive connections with children and their families.

Qualifications:

-Current CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain
-Current Central Background Registry enrollment or willing to obtain
-Current Food Handlers License or willing to obtain

What You'll Do:
-Create a safe and nurturing environment for students where children can learn and play in an after school setting.
-Implement Champions curriculum in a way that is consistent while considering the unique needs of every child.
-Partner and communicate with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
-Cultivate positive relationships with families, schools, teachers, and community partners.
-Follow and maintain coronavirus health and safety protocol.
