JOB SUMMARY:

Vali Incorporated is seeking a full time program integration analyst representing the MDA Director, Cost Estimating in MDA corporate board meetings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Represent the Director, Cost Estimating in Senior Leader meetings for all topics related to MDA Resource Baselines.
• Keep the Director, Cost Estimating informed of Technical/Schedule/Resource baseline changes that have cost implications.
• Keep the Director, Cost Estimating informed of recommended changes to approved program Resource Baselines.
• Coordinate information of PBWG/ISG meeting agenda topics with key cost managers and cost analysts.
• Compile all cost inputs from multiple programs into agency-level summaries.
• Attend Technical Baseline, PBWG, and ISG meetings and pre-brief meetings to maintain situational awareness of baseline changes that will require quick turn cost estimates.
• Provide the Director, Cost Estimating an Executive Summary of all meetings.
• Monitor and conduct quality reviews of Resource Baselines for existing or advance complex weapon systems presented during the MDA Acquisition Management process including Director Baseline Reviews (DBR), Director Program Reviews (DPR), and Missile Defense Accountability Report (MDAR).
• Maintain Cost Estimating briefing Templates (make changes and keep track of versions in use) for MDA Resource Baselines using MS Excel and MDA Powerpoint.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• Experience: 6 years in Budget/Financial Management, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or Cost Estimating.
• Proficiency: MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
