Program Directors at HNI Healthcare are responsible for operational management and oversight of assigned program(s). Establishes and manages professional relationships with and between the client executive team, client stakeholders, community providers, and the team of clinicians and on-site staff.

What You'll Do:

  • Manages the business operations and activities of each practice assigned in accordance with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively/efficiently with other Program Directors and Operations personnel to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, including but not limited to:
  • Medical Staff to assist in timely credentialing of providers at client hospitals, delinquent charts, expired credentials
  • Billing department to assist in timely/accurate billing charge submission
  • Recruiting to address current and future openings
  • Organizes and executes orientation for contractors and FT employed providers with hospitals and at the company.
  • Collaborates with physician leaders to standardize best practices throughout all clinical practices (adhering to national association guidelines, SHM, AMA).
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery by regularly communicating with clinical providers
  • Works closely with clinical providers to ensure that operations and sites are managed and staffed appropriately according to each practices’ needs
  • Reviews patient satisfaction surveys with clinical providers
  • Conducts quarterly meetings/site director meetings/skilled nursing facility/hospital administrative meetings with each practice to review results, discuss issues and initiatives and ensure effective communication at all levels of the practice
  • Works with management and hospital administration to address issues promptly
  • Acts as primary liaison between hospital client, skilled nursing facility, practice employees and contractors, and corporate
  • With assistance of scheduling team, maintains overall responsibility for scheduling to provide adequate coverage for each practice
  • Participates in the interview process for new clinical providers and conducts on-site orientations for all new clinical providers
  • Conducts annual surveys in accordance with established guidelines
  • Obtains and reviews metrics provided by hospital client
  • Works closely with Clinical Site Director to supervise clinical providers
  • Other operational duties as required, including assisting scheduling with shift coverage for any site in need and after-hours on-call duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • You have at least 5 years in healthcare operations management
  • You have a Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare and at least 3 years’ supervisory experience preferred
  • You have experience in an in-patient healthcare setting preferred
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • You have strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • You are comfortable with local travel, commuting to/from corporate office, Skilled Nursing Facilities and hospital site(s) required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
