Program Assistant II – Pro Action Child Care Council program is accepting applications for the position of Program Assistant II.
As the assistant, you will work 37.5 hours per week and be responsible for recruiting and training child care providers in the Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), conducting onsite meal reviews, enrollment compliance and educate providers on child nutrition information. The assistant will also utilize databases such as Minute Menu and CIPS. Prioritizing and organization is a valuable requirement for filing, reporting, analyzing, and processing monthly claims.
This position requires and associate degree in early childhood or a combination of education and experience with data entry and USDA meal patterns. A valid driver’s license meeting agency standards and reliable transportation is also required.
