Overview:
SPA's Maritime Division provides timely, objective, analytic assessments, strategic planning, and expert operational, technical and acquisition support to the Undersea and Surface Warfare communities, and related agencies and partners. We play key roles in providing the insights and strategies to address current and emerging challenges to our national security. We have tremendous impact in assisting our clients to achieve success on their most important issues and programs within the constraints of the budget environment.
The Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group (NSWAG), within Maritime Division focuses primarily on providing analytic and program support to the Surface Warfare component of the United States Navy, enabling enhanced decision-making regarding the allocation of resources to improve operational capabilities. This support includes personnel, manpower, training and education support to OPNAV N1, including Navy Recruiting Command, Millington, TN.

The successful candidate will be able to use provided analytic tools to support the implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture to oversee the flow of sailors through the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) production components, including reporting applicable metrics. You will be able to assist with conducting in-depth analysis in support of all Navy Recruiting Command Continuous Process Improvement efforts including applicable reporting metrics and will understand, create and execute integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, plans of action and milestones (POAMs), deliverable time-lines, user reports, metrics and communications plans from applicable Navy Recruiting Command tools and data. Provide analysis support to analyze recruiting program requirements, track the execution of various functions and coordinate planning efforts.

quired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science, or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in data or statistical analysis, or business process improvement
- Knowledge of the Navy Recruiting process
- Ability to collect data from various sources, analyze information, create appropriate metrics, and provide recommendations to meet organizational goals
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and maintain throughout time of employment

- Experience with product development for executive level leadership
- Having the ability to analyze data, create performance metrics and report on applicable recruiting trends
