About the Role:

The Sales Program Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales leadership team on a wide range of duties, many of which are highly confidential. The duties involve multi-tasking, and require excellent interpersonal, collaboration, coordination, and communications skills. Assisting other executive staff members with various tasks as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence, filing, bills, credit card reconciliation, and purchase orders
  • Prepares materials for monthly commercial updates
  • Sales meeting reports, meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and arrange key customer meetings for sales leadership
  • Arranges meetings, conferences and events, and coordinates travel arrangements, presentations and materials
  • Maintaining Sharepoint, Teams Sites as well as sales distribution lists
  • Phone calls, calendar scheduling for the sales leadership team
  • Provides general administrative support such as ordering supplies and food, sorting mail, making copies, etc.
  • Sales Program Materials coordination including pulling, summarizing and validating reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience working for a public company
  • Previous experience working with C-Suite executives
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and ability to assess priorities
  • Professional demeanor
  • Confidentiality
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
