JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Night Shift Opening (6pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Rotating weeks and holidays.

Who you are

• You are a night owl who would love a job that allows you to work at night and have free time during the day.
• You appreciate having time off for family and extracurricular activities. You thrive on productivity time. You enjoy having your time off during the daylight and a commute to work with less traffic on the way to your overnight job.
• You have three to five years of job-related experience or an Associate degree in dairy manufacturing or related field of study.
• Safety is your priority. You understand the need to wear protective equipment such as hearing protection, bump cap, safety footwear, hair net, safety glasses, and food safety related PPE.
• You embrace technology and have familiarity and experience with Microsoft products. You are a fast learner and self-teacher of industry specific software.

What you will own

As a night shift production supervisor at our Reedsburg, Wisconsin facility you will be a front-line leader to the production associates on the production floor. You will play a key role in employee engagement. You will ensure an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency in the butter making process to provide operational excellence.

• A 12-hour shift, working 6 PM – 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, allowing for half the year as unscheduled days for you to do what you enjoy most.
