Job description and responsibilities

• Manage the shop floor day to day operations to achieve KPI targets (Safety, Redzone adherence, Quality RFT, Financial targets, schedule adherence,OTIF On Time In Full)
• Drive performance improvements through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques, including participation in the plan that the process unit must execute.
• Coach employees to drive the Lean Manufacturing culture through the use of Strategy Deployment in order to achieve breakthrough business objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in high pace environment of production (food, pharma, Cosmetics)
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or TQM, GMP knowledge, 5S, 7 wastes.
• Excel
• English - Spanish / English- Creole

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
