Southwark Metal Manufacturing in Fremont is hiring a full-time, qualified, hands-on, motivated Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience, knowledge of Sheet Metal products for HVAC, and experience using Coil Lines, Plasma, Brakes, Shears, and Spiral machines. Must be available for training on the 1st shift, then transition to the 2nd shift. The salary is negotiable.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates on the production floor.
- Interprets company policy to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Ability to assist in the fabrication of sheet metal products.
- Ability to operate equipment in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
