Job Location: Oceanside, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed
• Prepares for production by reviewing production schedule, reviewing specifications, calculating requirements, assembling materials and supplies for manufacturing loaded solid supports
• Maintains an inventory for all raw materials and consumables required for manufacturing
• Ensures the production activities are performed according to established procedures and other regulatory requirements
• Completes manufacturing documentation according to good manufacturing and documentation practices and reviews for accuracy and completeness according to established timelines
• Set ups, cleans, operates and maintains all production equipment
• Works with QA team to implement the quality policies and goals and draft production-related procedures, as needed
• Strong written skills for SOP, batch record, and document revisions. Experience in failure investigation and prevention is a plus

Requirements:

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or relevant science degree
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Able to attend to details and act decisively
• Familiarity with production equipment including reactors, stirrer, vacuum pumps, and ovens

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
