Overview: In this role your primary responsibility is to produce high quality inks via batch tickets for our customers. The Production Operator will be responsible for learning machines used in production and all the processes. The key to your success is to produce the best quality product, on-time while practicing safety as a top priority.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform all gathering, weighing and packaging duties for the different equipment throughout. manufacturing including the computer control system software.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision/management.
- Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping throughout the facility and participate in 5s activities.
- Perform all duties in such a manner as to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
- Assist co-workers and promote a team environment while using effective communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to repeatedly lift 55 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Experience with batch manufacturing preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
Drug screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position.
Physical Requirements:
Your work environment may be dusty and may cause some staining to shoes and clothing in some locations due to the nature of our products. Working in a manufacturing environment, you will be required to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed throughout the duration of your shift. Personal Protective Equipment will be required such as safety glasses, safety gloves, respirator or dust mask and protective footwear and/or uniforms. Overtime may be available and required at times, due to customer demands.
