*Accountable for upholding Ervin Policies, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Production Standards.
*Supervision and scheduling of hourly employees.
*Maintain equipment to meet efficiency goals.
*Training of hourly employees.
*Assist with all record keeping requirements.
*Maintain supply inventories.
*Organize equipment and employees to meet departmental goals.
