Our large tech client is looking for Product Content Specialists to join their team! Must be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA. If interested, please apply directly.

Hybrid – could change. 2-3 days in office. Which days would depend on the overall management team.

Key job responsibilities

As an Editor/Product Content Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for specific product types that are sold and articulate the most appropriate examples as demonstrations for the Large Language Model (LLM). You will review and supervise the LLM’s output and monitor key metrics to ensure that it delivers a high-quality customer experience for your product types, and meets business objectives.

A day in the life

• Develop insights and framework for conversations that customers may want to have about various product types.
• Review and supervise the output of the LLM to ensure it meets a high bar.
• Review internal and external customer feedback to enhance the LLM’s output.

Basic Qualification

• 2 years as an editor, product reviewer, content writer, or technical writer.
• Experience with writing customer/consumer facing content and content management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

• 2+ years of category/vendor management experience, and/or expert knowledge and broad familiarity with specific product types in consumables, electronics, hardlines or soft lines categories.
• Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in developing high quality customer facing content such as blog posts, product reviews, etc.
