Job Posting Title: Product Owner - Lending

What does a successful Product Owner do at Fiserv?

The candidate selected for this role will be knowledgeable Lending products and is responsible for the successful development, execution, and implementation of product strategies and product related initiatives. The product manager serves as the lead and will directly contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the company.

What you will do:

Common functions include conducting market analysis, assessing product line gaps, and clearly articulating detail requirements for cross functional staff including development, test, training, sales, and implementations. The candidate will work with clients to understand their business needs, recommend production solutions to those needs, and assist in configuration and knowledge transfer activities. Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills are must have traits.

What you will need to have:

• Ability to develop business scope and requirements for new lending products, features, and revisions to existing products.
• Manage and execute against the lending roadmap.
• Perform analysis of various banking systems and understand how they would interact with the Finxact core
• Assist in the analysis of competitor's product features, positioning and marketing, benefits, and pricing.
• Provide on-going detailed knowledge and problem resolution to the sales channels and business partners.
• Align teams and functions through a deep understanding of lending processing needs and requirements.
• Ability to write business requirements and decompose with the team in grooming sessions to capture functional requirements for development.
• Ability to interact with API to validate feature behavior.

Experience Required

• 
  Minimum of 7+ years in financial services experience with a focus on lending
• Solid understanding of schema structures and API functions
