About the Role:
As our next Product Manager- Platform, you are an important Product Team member and operate as the SME for how our platforms are configured and work together. Some of the responsibilities you are entrusted with are configuring our patient management system, building a pipeline of feature requests for internal and external stakeholders, and servicing inbound bug submissions. Additionally, you will triage internal user error issues, guide initiatives to deliver long-term business value, ideate features for improving member experience and clinical operations, and satisfy data requests.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound ticket submissions regarding internal and external user experience
- Using data to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders to guide product decisions and priorities
- Configuring third-party platforms to meet operational and UX needs
- Devising wireframes
- Managing designers collaboratively to create UI that satisfies requirements when necessary
- Composing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering to ensure our product is designed and produced according to the requirements
- Engaging and persuading internal and external parties to support iterative product and experience improvements
Must Haves:
- A strong affinity for and understanding of the transgender community
- 3+ years as a Product Manager (with some experience in Telehealth preferred)
- Experience integrating various 3rd party platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management/communication skills and close attention to detail
- The capability of juggling competing demands and priorities of multiple importances
- Product research experience
- The ability to break through complexity and determine the possibilities that guide us to success
Compensation and Benefits:
