Summary:
SKF Vehicle Aftermarket (VA) is one of the major Business Lines in SKF Automotive. To continue the growth journey in SKF Vehicle Aftermarket (VA) we want to maintain and expand its leading role. One of our key focus areas is the Product Line for Commercial Vehicle (CV) North America. To strengthen our competitiveness, cost position and footprint we would like to take the next step and offer our customers an even better range, tailored to their individual needs. As a Business & Range Development Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive and attractive product line portfolio in collaboration with our Digital Team, Demand Chain, Purchasing and VA sales. You need to understand the application system, related products for vehicles and OE source. Create the range in a most innovative, differentiated, and competitive way is your major task.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
- Drive full product life - from launch to obsolete.
- Analyze market data on competition, SKF range and identify potential gaps for our VA offer.
- Maintain and update product data with regards to application, OE (original equipment) crossing & competitor crossing.
- Make technical assessments of our supplier offers and competitor products.
- Support the wider SKF organization with daily technical support on the given product line.
- Driving Product growth, profitability margins, Market share and understanding mechanics & customer insights.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategy for new products.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent working experience.
- Proficient level of technical competence.
- Experience in working as a mechanic would be a benefit.
- Experience with complex data analysis.
- Good in English, verbal and written.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with others.
- Ability to travel internationally from time to time.
- Customer focused, both internal & external.
