Looking for a summer of adventure in Alaska?

Consider a job processing seafood at one or more of our 8 facilities. We have factories ranging from remote villiages to picturesque landscapes in small town Alaska. We pay for your travel up to the work location as well as provide housing and 3 meals per day, for a small charge of $15/day. The Charge is payroll deducted, but only on days where you work over 8 hours.

Choose one our four remote facilities processing Salmon in Egegik, Naknek, or Wood River, all located in Bristol Bay. Or a beautiful facility in Larsen Bay, located on the north end of Kodiak Island. If remote work is not your cup of tea, consider working at our Kodiak facility, Seward, Cordova, or in the beautiful Norwegian town of Petersburg.

What will will my day be like as a seafood processor?

• Work long hours, for maximum overtime potential. OT is paid after 8 hours each day, and after 40 straight hours in the week.
• Job duties include: sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing, and packing salmon. May also include guiding product into automated machinery and cleaning or sanitizing the work area. Other duties may also be assigned.
• The work environment may be cold, wet, and noisy, and will require the employee to work repetitively with hands, wrists and elbows while standing for up to 16 hours per day, seven days a week.
• Able to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the work shift.
• Must be physically and mentally able to work and live in a remote area abd work in a multi-cultural environment.
