Job description
The Certifications Processor is responsible for processing annual and interim certifications in Tenmast for families on various housing subsidy programs. Certifications may include but are not limited to rent calculations for new tenants, annual re-certifications, income and household changes, landlord changes, rental increases, and utility modifications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION INCLUDE:
1. Processes Tenmast certifications for all of EDEN's housing subsidy programs; Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Programs, Sponsor-based Rental Assistance Programs, and Supportive Housing Programs.
2. Reviews Queues in OnBase daily to determine workload for the day and prioritize tasks
3. Reviews appropriate source documentation to determine and finalize rent portion
4. QA's and updates critical fields to Tenmast while processing change
5. Enters New Unit information into Tenmast based on RFLA submitted for new property
6. Collaborates with internal and external auditors to assist with audit preparation
7. Maintains and updates training materials and design tools used to process rent calculations
8. Collaborates with the Housing Eligibility Specialists to resolve issues and answer questions on various calculations
9. Contributes to team efforts by assisting with other duties, as assigned
10. Other duties as assigned
