Job description
**This is a salaried position between $100,000 and $110,000, dependant on experience.**
**Relocation Assistance is available.**
Requirements:
Mechanical Degree Required - Manufacturing or Industrial
2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Root Cause Analysis
Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 requirements
Understanding of Tool Paths, Feed Rates, Speed Rates
Understanding of PLC’s and Ladder Logic
Responsibilites:
- Manage current ISO9001:2015 procedures and audits
- Improve manufacturing processes and flow
- Improve machine cycle times
- Develop KPI’s/Metrics to measure productivity improvement
- Spearhead automation projects
