Inspire Health and Performance is a mental health and performance start-up in Colorado. At Inspire Health and Performance, we offer therapy and coaching for peak performance. Typical clients include business professional, entrepreneurs, athletes, performers, and anyone who is interested in maximized potential. Clients are connected with a therapist or coach who guides them through a process of change using a proven model, the Spire of Performance. Through this process, clients are assessed and then set goals in 6 critical dimensions. Services are provided via secure video platform at times that are convenient for the client.
