Job description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the continued development and implementation of important elements of the Quality Assurance Program. You will be the Microsystems Business Unit primary point of contact for the AS9100D Audit Program, the Corrective Action Process, and the DMEA Trusted Program. You will interface cross functionally with other Business Unit teams and to ensure world class performance.
You are responsible for:
- Continually monitoring performance and revising programs as necessary.
- Marketing Business Unit Quality Programs internally and externally as needed
- Initiating action that will increase yields, improve on time delivery, and reduce process waste.
- Interfacing directly with customer representatives.
- Learning and complying with the applicable industry and company practices.
A highly engaged organization that is integrated into the manufacturing and design processes. You will engage in processes from the proposal phase through product delivery and customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Ability to lead ad hoc multi-discipline problem solving teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization skills that will enable oversight of multiple simultaneous projects.
